Miami Soccer With Program-Record 15 All-ACC Academic Team Honorees
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Miami women’s soccer was recognized with 15 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team honorees as released by the league office Thursday, Feb. 1. The tally of 15 honorees sets a program record, with the previous highwater mark coming last season at 12.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. In addition, student-athletes must have competed in at least 50 percent of their team’s contests on the season.
