Sara Byrne's impressive season concluded on Sunday evening, coming up short of advancing to the final round. Byrne tallied 17 rounds of par-or-better this season and made her first NCAA National Championship appearance.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. – University of Miami sophomore Sara Byrne’s stellar season concluded on Sunday, finishing 10-over par at the NCAA DI Women’s Golf Championship.

Byrne competed at the par-72, 6,384-yard Grayhawk Golf Club, shooting a 74 (+2) on the first two days of the tournament.

In Sunday’s final 18 holes, Byrne shot a 78 (+6). Her three-day score of 226 (+10), came up short of advancing to the final individual round.

Overall, Byrne tallied 17 rounds of par-or-better, out of 37 rounds this season. Byrne recorded her season and career best finish at the NCAA Palm Beach Regional, earlier this month.
