CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women’s basketball team posted a resounding 85-45 victory over the North Florida Ospreys (2-5) Sunday afternoon at the Watsco Center.
Sophomore Lashae Dwyer played the best game of her career Sunday, setting new career highs in points (20) and steals (eight), narrowly missing a double-double.
“Our bench came in and produced for us. Fifteen assists and 51 points came off the bench,” head coach Katie Meier said. “Lashae is taking command and really understanding that she can be an incredible impact player not only on this team, but also in the ACC.”
