SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico It was not quite an undefeated record like day one, but it was awfully close and the University of Miami women’s tennis team certainly capped the Puerto Rico College Challenge in style Sunday morning.

The Hurricanes went 7-1 in their eight singles matches against players from Illinois, dropping just five sets along the way at Surfside Las Palmas del Mar Resort. No doubles matches were played due to time constraints.

Lohan, ranked No. 13 in the country, took down Louise Kwong, 6-1, 6-3. No. 94 Ogando, a native of Puerto Rico, lost a set for just the second time all fall, but bounced back in dominant fashion for a 4-6, 6-1, 6-1 victory against Jerricka Boone.
