@CanesWBB Set for Trip to Europe
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women’s basketball team will embark on its foreign tour to Europe Sunday afternoon.
The Hurricanes will fly to Amsterdam to begin the trip and then will head to Bruges, Belgium, followed by time in Paris to conclude the experience overseas.
While in Europe, Miami will play four games against international competition to help the team ready for the 2015-16 season. Additionally, the Hurricanes will take part in numerous sightseeing activities, including visiting the Eifel Tower and the Anne Frank Museum.
In advance of the team’s trip, all of the Hurricanes, as well as head coach Katie Meier, took part in preview videos, discussing a variety of different topics, ranging from food to selfies to sightseeing, and much more . . .
