@MiamiWBB Set for Foreign Tour in August

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women’s basketball team will be traveling overseas for a foreign tour this August.

Coming off a sixth straight postseason appearance and fourth NCAA Tournament trip in the last five years, Katie Meier and the Hurricanes will head to Europe from Aug. 9-18.

The team will visit Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris and will play four basketball games during its 10 days and eight nights abroad. The trip will also include numerous sightseeing opportunities at places such as the Anne Frank House, the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum.

Fans are invited to join the Hurricanes on this once-in-a-lifetime trip and experience it with the team. Land packages cost $2,850 for double occupancy and include deluxe hotel accommodations, private bus transportation, sightseeing tours, and more.
