Canes Hoops to Storm the Dorms Monday

On Monday night between 6-8 p.m., University of Miami coaches Jim Larrañaga and Katie Meier will be joined by UM players as the squads “storm the dorms” with Hooters wings to raise awareness about the Canes’ upcoming home games. 

In an effort to rally fans before big upcoming men’s games against Florida State (Jan. 15), Duke (Jan. 22) and Syracuse (Jan. 25) and the women’s game vs. NC State on Jan. 19, the group will storm the dorms of Mahoney Pearson (6-6:30 p.m.), Eaton (6:30-7 p.m.), Hecht (7-7:30 p.m.) and Stanford (7:30-8 p.m.).

The squads will interact with UM students, serving wings from Carolina Ale House, signing autographs and handing out UM posters.
