Hurricane Club Representative Workshop
On February 8th, the Hurricane Club hosted a representative workshop for volunteers from our regional chapters throughout Florida. The Hurricane Club representative program is a network of dedicated alumni and friends working together to increase participation in the Hurricane Club. These volunteers-chapter presidents and representatives-generate increased support from and camaraderie among Hurricane Club members as they promote the interest of the University of Miami Athletics in chapter areas.
The day included a workshop, lunch, and guest speakers Coach Clark, Athletic Director Paul Dee, and Senior Associate Athletic Director Patrick Nero. It was a very informative day for us all and we can’t say thank you enough to all our volunteers for helping make the student-athlete scholarship fund excel. Check out some of our pictures from the day here
Should you want to become an active volunteer, please don’t hesitate to call your local chapter or our office at 1-800-GO-CANES!!
