Women's Basketball Set To Face No. 23 Boston College

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.-The Miami women’s basketball team will play its final road game of the season facing No. 23 Boston College Saturday at Noon in Conte Forum in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The Miami-Boston College women’s basketball game can be seen live on Metro Channel (New York), FOX Sports Net New England and FOX Sports Net Florida.

The Hurricanes enter the contest 15-10 overall and 7-7 in the BIG EAST after falling in overtime to Seton Hall Wednesday night in New Jersey.

The Eagles (18-7, 10-4 in conference) are coming off of a loss to No. 18 Villanova Wednesday night.

Boston College beat Miami earlier this season 79-61 in the Convocation Center on Jan. 15, 2003.

Miami continues to lead the all-time series 14-6 and has won six of the last 10 meetings.

The Hurricanes are currently in eighth place in the BIG EAST, while the Eagles are in fourth place.

Boston College will honor five seniors as they play their final home game of the season.

Miami’s only win over a ranked opponent this season was over then-No. 16 Notre Dame on Jan. 11, 2003.
