• Assist with practice field set up and hydrating athletes during practices
• Assist in organizing and packing supplies for games
  • Spring game / fall semester
•  Potential game coverage including travel experience
  • Spring game / fall season
• Manage Gatorade inventory and receiving of shipments
• Monitor athletic training room inventory, storage, and restocking of supplies
• Equipment maintenance/upkeep

General time commitment:

• 15-20 hrs per week
• Roughly 7am-1pm
• Must be available for 2 days/week

Miami Athletics is seeking communications interns for the 2024-2025 season. In this role, you will receive hands-on, real-world experience in the field of athletic communications. You will assist full-time sport contacts with various weekly and gameday tasks, including but not limited to writing, statistical research, press box operations and more.

Interns will be paid hourly or they may work for class-credit. We highly encourage participating in a class-credit capacity, as it will provide you the most in-office experience. Miami Athletics is seeking applications for a full-time paid internship with the Facilities, Events & Operations division. This position will serve as a facility manager and contributes by completing facility assessments, maintenance repairs, and small projects.  This position will also assist with the set up and teardown of home athletic contests, as well as external events held within UM’s athletic venues.

University of Miami Athletics is looking for marketing/game presentation interns for the 2024-2025 season. In this role you will assist in the game day experience for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and other Olympic sports. You will ensure that all marketing and game day materials are ready for game time. This includes giveaways, assisting hosts, assisting with on field/on court promotional games, and other duties as assigned. Student interns report directly to the Assistant Director of Marketing and Event Experience. First-year intern pay starts at $15 per hour worked.
