How is eligibility verified?
Eligibility will be verified through an approved email address or another verification method approved by Miami Athletics.
What if my email address isn't recognized?
Your organization may simply not be included in our current verification database.

Does registering guarantee that I will receive tickets?
No. Ticket opportunities are limited, subject to availability and may vary by game. Registration does not guarantee access to or availability of tickets.
How will I know when tickets become available?
Verified members will receive ticket opportunities through email and SMS. Offers may be activated at any time, including on game day, and may be available for a limited time or while inventory remains.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Ticket purchase limits will vary by offer and will be determined on a game-by-game basis. The maximum number of tickets available to purchase will be communicated with each ticket opportunity.
Can I resell my tickets?
Tickets purchased through Canes for South Florida are intended for personal use and may not be resold or offered for resale. Resale activity may result in ticket cancellation and/or removal from the program, including loss of eligibility for future ticket opportunities.
What sports are included?
Miami Athletics may provide Canes for South Florida ticket opportunities for select ticketed sports throughout the year. Available games and sports will vary.
Is there a cost to join?
There is no cost to enroll in Canes for South Florida. Ticket pricing will vary by individual offer.
Can I opt out of email or SMS?
You may opt out of communications at any time. However, because email and SMS communications are required for participation, opting out of either channel may result in removal from the program and loss of access to future ticket opportunities.
