The Miami Hurricanes are optimistic that the 2021 football and 2021-22 basketball seasons will feature a similar fan experience that you have come to expect at Canes events in the past. As we continue to navigate this pandemic as a community, UM Athletics wants to assure you that in the event the experience you have been accustomed to at Hard Rock Stadium or the Watsco Center continues to be altered for another season, you will have options. 

The Canes Commitment is a promise between The University of Miami and all Hurricanes fans that you can purchase tickets with confidence. If the guidelines announced before the start of the 2021 football season or 2021-22 basketball seasons do not meet your game day experience expectations, you will be offered the following: 

• Your current seat location and parking passes reserved for the following season (applicable to season tickets only) 
• Apply funds paid-to-date as a credit towards following season’s tickets 
• Reallocate credit towards a tax-deductible Student Impact Donation 
• Request a full refund

In the fall, ticket holders will be communicated with via email regarding safety protocols and fan expectations at our home venues. After that announcement, you will have  one week  to decide on which route you’d like to take regarding your purchase.
