Full-time University of Miami students must complete the Tryout Clearance Form and return it to Miami Athletics Compliance. All interested students must meet the following requirements:

1. Coach Signature
2. Academic Advisor Signature (must verify that student is enrolled full-time; 12 credits for undergraduate or 9 credits for graduate level coursework)
3. Athletic Trainer Signature (physical/medical clearance to participate in tryout)
4. Compliance Signature (must verify individual’s academic standing and amateurism with the NCAA’s Eligibility Center, attend Rules Ed with Compliance, and complete beginning of the year compliance forms)
