Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field will be at a reduced capacity for all home baseball games to allow proper physical distancing in the seating areas and reduce congestion throughout the venue. Seating pods offering 1 – 4 seats have been created and all guests will have an assigned seat location.
For the 2022 season, baseball season ticket holders will have their same seats from the 2020 season automatically reserved. No action is needed at this time for that to occur.
Current baseball season ticket holders received priority access to purchase season tickets for the 2021 season. Due to limited inventory and high demand, the 2021 baseball season is officially sold out. Each account was assigned a day and time to purchase new seats online based on their tenure. That information was sent via email.
If you were unable to purchase tickets for this season or do not feel comfortable attending a live event, we can refund the money paid-to-date, transfer those funds to the 2022 season, or apply them as a tax-deductible Student Impact Donation.
All guests are asked to do their part by not attending games if they feel ill, practicing physical distancing, frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizing stations, wearing face coverings, and keeping a safe distance between their party and other guests wile on campus at the University of Miami.
Face coverings are required for all guests and staff over 2 years of age. Please always bring your own face coverings and wear them except when actively eating or drinking. When eating or drinking, you must be stationary and maintain physical distancing. Face coverings must be worn over the nose and mouth and fit snuggly against the face.
UM Athletics has established and will maintain a cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program to control and minimize risk associated with infectious agents for staff members, customers, and the community. Before and after each game, all seats will be cleaned and disinfected along with high touch points throughout the facility including door handles, railings, trash receptacles, toilets, sinks and restrooms stall doors.
Seating pods offering 1 – 4 seats have been created to ensure proper physical distancing between guests.
Field Box seats will not be available as those sections will be utilized by the home and visiting teams as an extension of their dugout.
Limited Chair Back locations are available in Sections A – H.
General Admission sections will have assigned seating this season including the bowl behind home plate as well as the bleacher seats down the left-field line.

All tickets will be delivered via email on Wednesday, March 24th. Tickets must be scanned on a mobile device at the stadium. The ticket office will be open 1.5 hours prior to first pitch for any assistance needed.

UM Athletics will provide complimentary parking to all season ticket holders this season. Your Client Experience Specialist will be contacting you to confirm/update your vehicle’s information.
Cash will not be accepted at concession stands for the 2021 season. Credit/debit cards only.
A limited menu will be offered and all items will be pre-packaged. Don’t worry…there will be milkshakes!
Snacks such as popcorn and peanuts will not be available and there will be no alcohol served at the stadium this season. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Per ACC guidelines, no on-field promotions or presentations will take place throughout the season. Also, to limit interaction, the marketing table will no longer be featured on the concourse. For the safety of all guests, re-entry will not be permitted at The Light during the 2021 season.
