Charles Mullings serves as the University of Miami Director of Client Experience, a position he took over in February 2022.
In his role, Charles oversees the Client Experience Department leading a team of specialists with strategic initiatives to create and deliver exceptional experiences, maximize fan engagement, and drive retention for Miami Hurricane Season Ticket Members.
Prior to joining the University of Miami, Charles served as the Director of Corporate Sales for Brightline Trains. He also carries a wealth of knowledge in the sports entertainment industry, with over a decade of experience working with the Miami HEAT and Miami Dolphins.
Charles is a homegrown Miami, Floridian with deep roots and ties to his community.
