2020 Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.

2020 Outdoor: Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.

2019 Cross Country: Finished third in the Women’s 5k run at the FAU Invitational with a time of 18:36.09…Completed the Women’s 6k in 22:26.4 to finish 17th at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational

2018 Cross Country: Finished third overall in women’s 5K at the FAU Invitational with a personal best time of 18:45.14… Finished eighth at the UCF Invitational with a time of 19:15.6… Finished first for the Canes at the Mountain Dew Invitational with a time of 18:32.37 in the 5K posting the 10th fastest 5K time in Canes history.

High School: Attended Bishop O’Connell and was part of the National Honors Society… played numerous sports, including competing on the varsity cross country team for three years, varsity track all four years and made the indoor varsity track team her senior year…  Was named the Track and Cross Country MVP her senior year and was the Female Athlete of the Year in 2018.

Personal: Daughter of Veronica and Tony Howard… Tony played soccer at St. Thomas University in 1985-86 and played in Canton, Ohio for the Invader indoor soccer team… Has a sister, Helena Howard (21) who attends the University of Texas at Dallas.
