CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami men’s basketball team will wrap up the regular season Saturday on its home court.

Miami (14-15, 6-13 ACC) will take on Syracuse at 4 p.m. at the Watsco Center, with senior day ceremony set for 3:45 p.m. Dejan Vasiljevic and Keith Stone will be recognized, as will a trio of managers: Roy Casanova, Jacob Klee and Max Wiviott.

The contest will be televised live on ACC Network HERE, with Jay Alter and Matt Doherty on the call. Joe Zagacki and Danny Rabinowitz will have the radio broadcast on 560 The Joe WQAM HERE, while action can also be heard on WVUM 90.5 FM HERE and in Spanish on WMYM 990 AM HERE. Miami owns an 8-19 all-time mark against the Orange, including a 4-10 ledger at home and a 3-5 record under ninth-year head coach Jim Larrañaga. Most recently, Syracuse earned a 73-53 home victory on Jan. 24, 2019.

The Hurricanes dropped a narrow 46-44 decision to No. 22 Virginia Wednesday night at the Watsco Center in their last outing. Junior guard Chris Lykes scored 16 of Miami’s first 30 points before departing the game with 12:11 remaining after getting hit in the face. Virginia sophomore guard Kihei Clark hit two free throws with 8.3 seconds left to give the Cavaliers the victory.

Syracuse is 17-13 (10-9 ACC) on the season after winning three of its past four outings. Redshirt junior forward Elijah Hughes leads the way for the Orange with an ACC-best 19.2 points per game.

After going 20-14 (10-8) and reaching the NCAA Tournament last year, the Orange were picked eighth in the ACC preseason poll.

Following its contest with Syracuse, Miami heads to Greensboro, N.C., for the ACC Tournament. Its seeding and game times for the action at the Greensboro Coliseum is still to be determined.
