Bondar Ends Run at Clay Court Invitational
ORLANDO, Fla. – On Saturday, University of Miami sophomore Kevin Bondar ended his run at the Collegiate Clay Court Invitational presented by VISITFLORIDA.com, in the garnet singles quarterfinals.
Bondar, who won two matches in the event, faced third-seed Lautaro Pane of Pepperdine in the singles quarterfinals. Bondar battled, but came up short, 6-1, 6-4, Saturday in Orlando, Fla.
Along the way, Bondar defeated the fifth-seed Sean Donohue of Louisville in the Round of 16 and Aws Laaribiof Penn State in the first round.
The 2015 Collegiate Clay Court Invitational presented by VISITFLORIDA.com is being held Nov. 5-8 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Fla.
