Florida City Deserve Victory Stop Postponed
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The second leg of the 2015 Miami Hurricanes Deserve Victory Tour that was scheduled to be held at Loren Roberts Park in Florida City has been postponed to Wednesday, June 17. The event will be held in the same location and will begin at 5 p.m.
All Deserve Victory events are free for all kids in grades kindergarden through eighth grade.
The Deserve Victory Tour includes instruction on the basic fundamentals of football and the safety that is required to play the game. Those who attend will also be made aware of the importance of nutrition and the academic policies recently adopted by the NCAA.
Each Deserve Victory event will run two hours with Miami players taking the participating youth through a series of football exercises from stretching and agility to position-specific drills to the basics of the game.
