Canes Reveal Several Game Times and TV Slots
CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes announced three game times and four television slots in conjunction with the Atlantic Coast Conference on Friday as part of the league’s early season football television schedule release.
Four of Miami’s contests will be aired on the ESPN Family of Networks with one primetime matchup.
The Hurricanes will open the 2015 campaign against Bethune-Cookman at 6 p.m. inside the newly renovated Sun Life Stadium on Sept. 5. The game will be aired on ESPN3.
On Sept. 19, the Hurricanes will welcome Nebraska to Miami for the first time since 1994 when the two teams met in the Orange Bowl. The game is set to kickoff at 3:30 p.m. and will be aired on either ABC or ESPN.
Miami’s first trip outside the state of Florida in 2015 will feature a primetime matchup with Cincinnati, beginning at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN. The Hurricanes’ trip to Cincinnati will be their first since 1998.
The Hurricanes’ final game of the season at Pittsburgh will be aired on either ABC or ESPN. Miami’s game time with the Panthers will be announced at a later date. Miami will be in search of its third straight win at Pittsburgh.
