CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Miami men’s basketball coach Jim Larrañaga, Sheldon McClellan and Davon Reed spoke with local media prior to the Canes’ game against NC Central.

Second-seeded Miami hosts No. 7 seed North Carolina Central in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament on March 17 at 7 p.m. in the BankUnited Center.

Miami is 3-0 against NCCU, defeating the Eagles three times in Coral Gables from 2008-09 to 2010-11.
