Air Force Reserve Sponsors Men's Basketball
For more than twenty years, the Air Force Reserve has been hunting hurricanes, and now they will sponsor them — the Miami Hurricanes men’s basketball team, that is.
This partnership will last for the remainder of the 2014-2015 season, and Coach Larrañaga and his players will practice at Homestead Air Reserve Base on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at 5 p.m.
As the 2012-2013 Atlantic Coast Conference champions, the 18th-ranked Hurricanes have opened this season with a 9-1 record and are looking to win its second ACC title in three seasons.
The Air Force Reserve is excited to partner with another motivated team with similar goals: working hard to pursue individual careers while serving a greater purpose at the same time.
