End of Year Athletics Giving Opportunities
As 2014 comes to an end, we would like to THANK YOU for your continued and generous support of Hurricanes Athletics. Your Hurricane Club membership has a tremendous impact on the athletic and academic opportunities provided to our 400+ student-athletes. YOU were an integral part of the Hurricane Club’s success in 2014 by helping to set a record of 8,000 members–having grown from 4,500 members four years ago. Additionally, with your help, The Hurricane Club also introduced a $7 million Football Victory Fund, which is already helping to fulfill the immediate needs of our athletics program. The new FieldTurf and natural grass football practice fields as well as the new Student-Athlete Dining Hall have been completed and are examples of what your support can do. We celebrate this record-setting year, while acknowledging that there is still work to do. We need YOUR help to get better. If you wish to make your tax-deductible calendar year-end gift, please see the following options below:Online: You can make your gift anytime by going to our direct giving website. Online donations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2014 in order for tax receipts to be issued with a 2014 date. By Mail: In order for donations to be recognized as a calendar year 2014 gift, the check must be dated prior to January 1, 2015 and the envelope must be postmarked in 2014.
