CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University of Miami women’s basketball team will host Wisconsin on Dec. 4 as part of the eighth annual ACC / Big Ten Challenge.

“We are ready for another competitive matchup in the ACC / Big Ten Challenge,” head coach Katie Meier said. “Wisconsin has a tough team and will present a lot of difficult matchups for us. I’m thrilled our fans will be able to see this one.”

The Hurricanes own a 2-3 all-time record in the Challenge and have won two of their last three matchups. Last season, Miami went on the road and fell to Minnesota, 74-67. Facing a 19-point deficit at halftime, the Canes stormed back to get within six points.
