Mardi Gras and T-Shirts at Notre Dame-Miami

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans will not commence for another two weeks, but this Wednesday night, the party starts early as the BUC will become Bourbon Street for Mardi Gras night!

University of Miami students in attendance will receive a limited edition Mardi Gras UM t-shirt and beads will be tossed into the student section for Canes fans with bayou-crazed enthusiasm.

Miami is hosting Notre Dame for the first time inside the BankUnited Center. It is the initial ACC matchup between the programs and the first game against the Fighting Irish since both schools were BIG EAST members in 2004. 

Wednesday night’s contest will be Miami’s first home game in 11 days.

Tipoff at the BUC is scheduled for 9 p.m. Geaux Canes!
