Golden Knights to Parachute into Sun Life

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Nine members of the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team will fly into Sun Life Stadium prior to kickoff of Thursday night’s game between the Miami Hurricanes and Virginia Tech Hokies.

The U.S. Army team will begin their jump at 7:09 p.m. ET and is expected to land on the field at approximately 7:14 p.m. A static narrator will be on the ground, providing the Sun Life crowd with play-by-play before the team’s grand entrance.

The Golden Knights will parachute down to the field carrying the POW/MIA, Army Star, Florida, U.S. and University of Miami flags as well as the game ball.

Thursday’s pivotal ACC Coastal Division clash will kick at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
