Miami/North Carolina to be Televised on ESPNU

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes’ Oct. 13 home football game against North Carolina will be televised live at 2:30 p.m. EDT on ESPNU, the Atlantic Coast Conference office announced Monday.

The Miami/UNC contest will be the seventh consecutive televised game for the Hurricanes. Miami (4-1, 3-0 ACC) sits atop the ACC Coastal Division standings after a 44-37 win Sept. 29 over NC State. The Hurricanes travel to Chicago for a Oct. 6 showdown with No. 9 Notre Dame on NBC.

Miami’s “Publix Nine before 9” deal resumes Mon., Oct. 8, allowing fans the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Oct. 13 game vs. North Carolina for only $9 each. To receive the special price, tickets must be purchased in person at the BankUnited Center between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Season and single-game tickets for the 2012 football season are available online, by phone at 1-800-GO-CANES (1-305-284-2263) or in-person at the Miami Athletics Ticket Office, which is now located on the bottom level of BankUnited Center.
