Hurricanes Compliance Adds Two to Staff

CORAL GABLES – The University of Miami’s Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, David Reed announced today that Dan Raben and Jordan Redavid have been added to the Compliance staff.

Raben comes to Miami from Ohio State where he was the Compliance Coordinator and has also worked in the compliance office at Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The Hollywood, Fla. native earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette in May of 2009.

Redavid will be in his second stint at Miami. The New York native earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UM and was an intern in the Compliance office for the 2008-09 academic year. He returns to UM after working at the University of Alabama-Birmingham as the Monitoring Specialist.

“I am very pleased that Dan and Jordan are joining our team,” said Reed. “Their compliance experience and familiarity to South Florida made both candidates an ideal choice.”

At Miami, Raben will focus on eligibility, while Redavid will concentrate on monitoring.
