Hurricanes Wrap Up Competition at Georgia Tech Invite

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Junior Tim Harris finished second overall in the 800-meters to highlight the weekend’s events at the Georgia Tech Invitational for the University of Miami men’s track and field team.
Harris took second place with an NCAA regional time of 1:48.95, finishing just behind Virginia-Intermont’s Elkana Chepsiror, who won with a time of 1:48.72.
In other action, senior Terrell Walden won his respective heat in the 100-meters with a time of 10.79 seconds.
