Talley Named Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week

Junior Khadija Talley posted three NCAA qualifying marks and two first place finishes to lead the UM women’s track and field team at the Auburn Springtime Invitational Saturday, March 24. She took first place in both the shot put (14.50 meters/47-07.00 feet) and the discus (48.07 meters/157-08 feet) and placed second in the hammer throw (54.62 meters/179-02 feet). All three throws topped the NCAA Regional qualifying marks in each respective event.
