Hurricanes Tied for Sixth After Two Rounds at Waterlefe Invite

BRADENTON, Fla. – Senior Tiffany Prats fired first and second rounds of 74 and 78, respectively, to finish the first day of competition at the USF/Waterlefe Invitational tied for sixth with an eight-over-par, 152 Monday at the Waterlefe Golf Club.

Prats led a five-member UM contingent that finished the first two rounds tied for sixth place overall with an overall score of 643.

Junior Jessica Steward heads into Tuesday’s final round tied for 18th with a two-round total of 160 (+16).
