Hurricanes Complete First Day of the Ohio State Invitational

Columbus, Ohio – The University of Miami diving team wrapped-up their first day of the Ohio State Invitational held at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. Two Hurricanes finished in the top three of finals competition.
Miami’s freshman standout, Ruben Ross posted a 331.80 finish in the men’s three-meter diving for a third place finish.
Three divers participated in the women’s three meter diving, beginning with senior Heather Bounds finishing third place in the finals with a score of 293.90. Freshman Brittany Viola took a sixth place finish with a score of 278.20, while Jenna Dreyer finished 247.55 for 12th place.
Miami will be back in action tomorrow at 1 p.m.
