Coral Gables, Fla. (www. hurricanesports.com) – – Join your fellow Miami Hurricanes fans for a day of golf in support of the student-athletes at the University of Miami. The Central Florida Hurricane Club will be hosting the 1st Annual Central Florida Hurricane Club Golf Classic on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Diamond Players Club in Clermont, FL. Registration begins at 6:45 AM with the shotgun start at 8:00 AM. The tournament format will be a four person scramble and registration includes cart and green fees, golf polo, on-course contests, lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, and a chance to take home some exciting autographed memorabilia.
All proceeds will go the Hurricane Club, the student-athlete scholarship fund at the University of Miami.
