Leon Williams Named ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week

Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) – Miami middle linebacker Leon Williams earned ACC Defensive lineman of the week honors after leading the fourth-ranked Hurricanes with a standout performance in Saturday’s 27-3 win at Georgia Tech.
The 6-4, 237-pound from Brooklyn, N.Y., junior, returned to the lineup after missing two games with a broken hand and responded by making seven tackles, including two-and-a-half quarterback sacks and three tackles for loss.
