Women's 4x100-Meter Relay Advances At NCAA Championships

Austin, Texas (hurricanesports.com) – The University of Miami women’s 4×100-meter relay finished second in its preliminary heat with a time of 44.40 to advance to Friday’s final before heavy rain halted the first day of competition at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Austin, Texas.
The foursome of junior Chinela Davis (Haverstraw, N.Y.), junior Lauryn Williams (Rochester, Pa.), sophomore Dominique Darden (Harrisburg, Pa.) and sophomore India Ransom (Largo, Md.) recorded the fifth fastest time of the qualifying round.
