No. 25 Women's Tennis Hosts No. 24 Notre Dame In Regular Season Finale

CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The No. 25-ranked Miami women’s tennis team will host No. 24 Notre Dame in its regular season finale Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.
The Hurricanes will honor graduating seniors Igna deVilliers (Capetown, South Africa) and Abby Smith (Chicago, Ill.) prior to the match.
Miami enters the match 14-5 overall, while the Fighting Irish are 13-7 on the season.
The Fighting Irish hold an 8-3 all-time advantage over Miami. The Hurricanes beat Notre Dame 4-1 to claim their seventh BIG EAST title in the championship match last season.
deVilliers and Smith have paired up the entire season compiling a 12-6 dual record in doubles action. The duo made their debut on the national scene as the No. 52 ranked doubles team in the nation.
They earned the ranking after knocking off the No. 7-ranked pair Alex Gordon and Julia Scaringe of Florida 8-4 earlier this season.
