Velazquez Places Fourth At NCAA's

AUSTIN, Texas (www.hurricanesports.com) – – University of Miami diver Miguel Velazquez (Mexico City, Mexico/Gulliver Prep) finished in fourth place with a score of 624.95 at the NCAA Championships in the men’s three-meter event in Austin, Texas Friday.

The finish was a marked improvement for the Hurricane diver over a 17th-place finish Thursday in the one-meter event.

Velazquez will compete again Saturday night in the platform event.
