CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The No. 14-ranked Miami women’s tennis team travels to face No. 2 Florida Saturday at 1 p.m. in Gainesville, Fla.
The Hurricanes enter the match 4-0 overall, while the Gators are 6-1 on the season.
Florida’s only loss was a 4-3 decision to then No. 4 Duke. Duke is now the No. 1 ranked team in the nation.
UF leads the all-time series 30-21 over the Hurricanes.
Miami lost 7-0 to Florida in the last meeting during the 2001 season.
Florida has five players ranked No. 26 or higher in the ITA Singles rankings.
