– Tom Stanley: Deerpark,Il: Dear Willis, my daughter is a freshman at U. of Miami and until this year I had always been a Notre Dame fan.Being from the midwest and all my nephews had gone there. I thought I would have a rough time cheering for Miami but I was impressed with Jared Payton helping out with my son’s freshman year in high school football program. My daughter and Jared went and my son is still a sophmore at St. Viator’s H S near Chicago. But the first time I saw the Hurricanes play I was hooked.I am an old time football guy and I was blown away with the intensity and explosiveness of the team. You are one heck of a big time player. I can’t wait to see you running plays again and I have no doubt you will be a Big Time NFL player much sooner than anyone thinks.Thank you for all the heart pounding excitement you provided this old man this past season. A. Craig Taylor: Millersburg Ohio: Good luck in your rehab Willis. My son tore his ACL the summer before college in an All star football game. He got back in time for baseball in the spring. It was alot of hard work for him in rehab, but he got back and so can you. Keep your spirits up and you will do it. Good luck and heres hoping to see you this fall back playing again.
