A Note From the ‘Czar’:
August will be a pretty busy month for the Convo Crew and Co. with 2scheduled events at the facility and the introduction of a new 1 yearseason ticket package. As soon as the details of the package arefinalized, I’ll pass it along to you.

Feature: Seat Samples Arrive!
The much anticipated seat samples have arrived to Turner’s trailer at theConvocation Center. All the seats are some shade of green. The Premiumseats are chair backs. The student and other end-court seats are benches.

The Hurricane 100 seats (middle 3 center court sections, rows 1-9) aregreen with a black cushion. These seats will be retractable so that roomcan be made on the floor for concerts and other events.

All the other Premium Seats (1st 3 from the right) will be various shadesof green. There are dark, UM & lime green colors and together they willmake up a wave pattern. The suite seat (far left) is a very plush chair.Suites will have 12 of these (3 rows of 4) located just outside of thesuite as well as 4 bar stools located inside (suites hold a total of 16people).

Construction Update:

Turner is currently putting on the tan exterior facade panels (asseen in the picture above).The cement floor is completely pouredThe opening on the WEST side has been sealed
