No. 43 Men's Tennis Set To Face West Virginia

CORAL GABLES, Fla.-The No. 43-ranked Miami men’s tennis team will face West Virginia in the first round of the BIG EAST Tennis Tournament Friday at Noon in Coral Gables, Fla. at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.
Miami the defending BIG EAST Champion enters the contest 10-8 overall, while WVU is 8-9 on the season.
The winner will advance to meet Virginia Tech in the semifinals on Saturday at noon.
The loser will play for fourth place.
Miami last played West Virginia in the 2000 BIG EAST tournament, beating the Mountaineers, 4-1, in the semifinals.
Admission is free.
