Coral Gables, Fla. (www.hurricanesports.com) — – The University of Miami women’s crew head into this weekend’s Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta in Tampa as the top-seeded program in the state.
Among the No. 1 seeds are the Hurricanes’ varsity eight, junior varsity eight and varsity four. At the FIRA, Miami will face Central Florida, Florida, Jacksonville, Florida Tech, Rollins, Tampa, Barry and Embry-Riddle. UCF look to be the Hurricanes top challenge in the Regatta.
