“WE ARE STATE CHAMPS”: Come join the team celebrate the State Championship as we honor the Hurricane Football program for their successful 2000 season Saturday, January 20th at the Miami Arena. The big party includes the interactive fan jam before tip-off, free Junior Canes t-shirts to the first 500 kids, the Perry Ellis half-time challenge and a special ceremony commemorating the 2000 season including appearances, speeches and autographs from your favorite Hurricane coaches and players.
Re-live all of the action as we recap the season with a highlight video, autograph session and comments from Hurricane coaches and players. Plus, be there for the thrill of Big East action as the Hurricanes face the UConn Huskies in a hardcourt showdown on January 20th at the Miami Arena. Pre-Game
Interactive Jam Van. An interactive Jam Van equipped with a three-point, slam-dunk, and free-throw contest will be set-up prior to the game. A video arcade center will allow kids to play a little one-on-one with the hottest video games. Gatorade Thirst Stations will allow fans to replenish lost fluids before, during, and after participating in the Interactive Jam Van. The Jam Van will be set-up two hours prior to tip-off.
Halftime
