Clemson Tennis Team Edges Miami

Clemson, SC – The 18th ranked University of Miami men’s tennis team dropped a heartbreaking 4-3 decision to No. 37 Clemson Friday evening at the Clemson Indoor Tennis Facility in Clemson, SC. The match was forced indoors due to rain.

Miami (15-4) fell behind early as Clemson (15-15) won the doubles point by winning two of the three doubles matches.

The Hurricanes battled back winning three of the first five singles matches in evening the score 3-3. The match came down to No. 6 singles where Clemson’s Eric Cohn edged Miami’s Joel Berman 6-4, 7-6 to clinch the win.
