CORAL GABLES, FL – The University of Miami men’s tennis team (15-3) defeated the visiting Central Florida Knights (10-11) by a score of 7-0.
Miami swept all six of the singles matches, as well as all three of the doubles matches to earn the victory.
In singles competition, Tomas Smid, Peter Hoffman, Johan Lindqvist, Michael Lang, Jose Lieberman and Joel Berman recorded victories. In the doubles action, the teams of Smid/Hoffman, Lang/Liberman and Berman/Mark Arrowsmith tallied wins.
The UM men return to action on Friday, April 14, when they travel to Clemson, S.C. to take on Clemson University.
