CORAL GABLES, FL – The University of Miami men’s tennis team (14-3) defeated visiting Brown University (8-5) by a score of 6-1.
Miami took five of the six singles and swept the three doubles matches to earn the victory.
In singles competition, Peter Hoffman, Michael Lang, Jose Lieberman, Joel Berman and Arpad Odry recorded victories. In the doubles action, the teams of Tomas Smid/Hoffman, Lang/Liberman and Berman/Mark Arrowsmith tallied wins.
The UM men return to action on Friday, April 14, when they travel to Clemson, S.C. to take on Clemson University.
