Sarabyn Takes Second in the 5000-Meter

GAINESVILLE, FL – University of Miami junior distance runner Shannon Sarabyn (Centreville, VA) finished second in the 5,000-meter run at the Florida Relays in Gainesville, FL on Thursday, March 23.

Sarabyn took home the second-place finish in a time of 17:21, while competing in a field of 40 runners.

The Hurricane men and women will continue to compete in the Florida Relays throughout the weekend.
