Who can support the Hurricane Club

Hurricanes fans everywhere can have an impact on The U with a gift to the Hurricane Club. To see a complete list of ways to support, please visit our Ways to Give tab.

Is my Hurricane Club donation tax-deductible?

Student Impact Donations, Golden Canes Society Memberships, capital project and program-specific gifts are tax-deductible minus any benefits received. An official University of Miami tax receipt will be issued once the gift is received.

For any tax matter, please consult your tax professional.

Due to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts that went into effect on January 1, 2018, any season ticket purchases are no longer tax-deductible. This includes what was previously known as seats donation.
